While some moles are painless and invisible to the public, these dark-coloured growths on the skin can be painful, bothersome, or simply unattractive depending on their size, colour and location.
Dr. Sagar Gujjar in Skinwood removes moles painlessly in a 5-minute procedure. Dr. Gujjar then uses laser treatments or electrosurgery to smooth the edges of the scar and prevent recurrence of the mole. In certain cases, Dr. Gujjar may use a YAG tattoo laser to address any deep, residual pigmentation that remains once the mole has been removed.

  • Avoid using harsh or abrasive products on the treated area.
  • Avoid activities that can make your skin sweat or hot for at least 24 hours.
  • you experience any redness, swelling, or pain, apply a cool compress to the treated area and contact your dermatologist.
  • Avoid sun exposure to the treated area for at least 2 weeks.
  • Apply sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to the treated area every day.
  • Avoid using any tanning products on the treated area.
  • Avoid using any harsh chemicals or exfoliators on the treated area.
